An “express” car transport company cancelled 2 days before my move. I called:
PAK RAT to find an auto transport dolly in order to transport the car myself. They did not have a dolly; HOWEVER the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to call other local U-Haul s for an available dolly and he called back with the information! I did not spend any money or order any services from this location and was surprised how much assistance was provided. If I ever needed U-haul services again I would not hesitate to use Pak Rat because of their kindness. This business understands customer service.
